Order Cancellation

Returns

If your order has already been shipped, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for any reason.

All return requests must be made within 30 days from the date on which the customer receives the last item included in the order.

All returned items must be returned in their original condition.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that import duties, taxes, customs charges, and any similar fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

If the returned item is not received in its original condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
