International Shipping

We ship from Japan by Japan Post, FedEx or DHL.
Usually we ship in stock items within 2 business days after we receive your order.
The number of days required for delivery varies depending on the delivery method and customs clearance in your country.

Shipping fee is calculated in the checkout page.

Import Duties and Taxes

**United States – Duties and Taxes Prepaid (DDP)**

Orders shipped to the United States are generally sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We prepay applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges, so customers normally do not need to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

Orders valued at USD 2,500 or more, or shipments requiring special customs procedures, may be subject to different arrangements. We will contact you before shipping if necessary.

**Selected EU Countries – DDP for Orders Under EUR 150**

For eligible orders with a total merchandise value below EUR 150, we ship DDP to the following 11 countries:

Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.

We prepay applicable import VAT and customs duties for qualifying DDP shipments. Customers normally do not need to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

**EU Orders of EUR 150 or More**

Orders with a merchandise value of EUR 150 or more are generally shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Import VAT, customs duties, and customs clearance fees are not prepaid and must be paid by the recipient.

**Other Countries**

Orders to other destinations are generally shipped DAP unless otherwise specified. Any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the recipient's responsibility.

**Important Notes**

- The EUR 150 threshold applies to the combined merchandise value of the shipment, excluding separately charged shipping fees.
- DDP availability is subject to the destination, product eligibility, and customs requirements.
- We will contact you if the shipping arrangements need to be changed before dispatch.

Domestic Shipping(Japan)

We ship from Japan by Yamato, Sagawa or Japan Post.
Usually we ship in stock items within 2 business days after we receive your order.
It will take 1- 3 days for delivery.
