Edo Glass

Edo Glass is one of the "Traditional Crafts of Tokyo" selected by Bureau of Industrial and Labor Affairs.
It is a handmade glass product that inherits the tradition from the Edo period.

Mt. Fuji Edo Glass

 By using the traditional glass arts flexibly, the skilled glass-craftsmen have made it possible to enclose Mt. Fuji, a World Heritage site, in the glass.
Mt. Fuji on the bottom of the glass is designed to look as close to the real thing as possible.

This Mt. Fuji changes its color depending on the glass contents.
If you drink whisky with this glass, you can see the golden Fuji. And if you pour red wine into it, Red Fuji will emerge at the bottom of the glass.
